Pricing Information
The prices shown for apartments 201, 202 and 203 are for 4 people per day, including final cleaning.
The price of apartment 204 is for 2 people per day, including final cleaning.
The local tourist tax of 1.20 € per person per day (for age 14 and over) is not included in the price. Minimum stay: in low season at least 4 nights, in high season at least 7 nights.
- Additional people
A supplement of 18.00 € is payable for each extra person.
- Reductions for children
up to 3 years, 6 € per night
For apartments 201, 202 and 203, these reductions apply for a 5th and 6th extra person
For apartment 204, these reductions apply for a 3rd and 4th extra person.
Booking conditions
Deposit
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay, to be sent within 5 days of written confirmation.

Payment Information
Please pay your bill, including the tourist tax, the day before your departure. You can either pay in cash on site (up to 1,999€ ), or by card.
Cancellation terms
If you are forced to cancel your trip due to Covid-19, we will retain your deposit but credit it in full towards a future stay within the following 12 months. For all other cancellations not caused by Covid -19, the following conditions apply:
- You can cancel for free in the period up to 2 months before your arrival date.
- If you cancel in the period between 2 months and 1 month before your arrival date, your deposit will be credited towards a future stay (to be taken within 6 months).
- If you cancel less than one month before your arrival date, your deposit will be retained.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, you will be charged the total cost of your stay.
